About Tekka:

Tekka is a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, born October 22, 2003.  She is one of the sweetest dogs on the planet and loves to meet new people.  A bark or two quickly melts into tail wagging and kisses for strangers.  We like to take her on long walks in the park or at the beach on the weekends.  It’s near impossible to keep Tekka out of the water; it seems like the muddier she gets, the happier she is.  Of course that means bath-time when we get home, which for some reason Tekka doesn’t seem to like quite as much!  Go figure….

Our Home

We live in San Francisco CA in a 3-bedroom house on a quiet street in the southern part of the city.  It is a very sunny and bright home with a large backyard.  We live a few blocks from a new library, a wonderful playground, restaurants and a fruit and vegetable market.

 

We love to have family and friends over for dinner, play dates and conversation.  Our backyard is green and welcoming with lots of grass, all kinds of flowers and two apple trees.  With some music playing, good food on the stove and Aren chasing Tekka around the livingroom, it feels like the best place in the world to be; it feels like home.
